“We have been enjoying Indian Hills Campground for over 20 years. We came up here when our children were young. Now we are blessed to watch them sharing those same experiences with their children. We are here at least 3-4 times in the summer. It is a great place to spend quality time with family, a place to come and relax, do a little fishing, enjoy each other’s company. We absolutely love the simplicity here. The staff is amazing and will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. If you are looking for glitz and glitter don’t come here If you are looking for a relaxing time, without the usual overcrowded campgrounds this is the place for you. I am looking forward to many more years of making great memories with not only my children but my grandchildren as well.”

“The scenery was beautiful. I was lucky that this day the snow began falling. Such an awesome experience for the kids. Remember to dress in layers and don't forget the beanies and extra gloves. The boogie boards worked great for sliding down the mountain side.”

“Great little campground! Worth the drive to get there! It's small but they have lots of hiking trails and birds to watch. Very quiet not many people come by, definitely worth checking out!”

“Beautiful! Lots of trails and creeks. Plenty of wildlife. There is a ~9 mile trail leading to a lake at the bottom of the valley and a trail that parallels it at the top of the valley going over the low mountains. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the best hiking on this end of the Central Valley. The view is beautiful and it’s well kept up. I highly recommend visiting it, it’s definitely worth your time. Words/pictures can’t do it justice.”

“IBProFun (Run Club) did a morning 8-9 mile run today on the Tule Elk Trail. We started early (08:15) so we had time to sight see (several White Tail Deer feeding and a Tranchula on the trail) as we went. It lightly sprinkled a few times but not enough to dampen our journey. This is why we love this place! Below is a picture of our group as we started out our trek. A Great Day!”

“I recommend going to this trail when it's sprinkled with ice crystals precipitated from atmosphere. The meadow covered in snow is a magical sight to behold.”

“Absolutely beautiful. If I could get up here every weekend, I would! If you are a fast hiker, I definitely recommend staying until sunset. Just keep in mind that you have a 1.5 mile downhill hike back to the trailhead, and it’s getting darker every minute! Of course, as I was in such a hurry to get back before dark, some dude with a headlamp was heading to the top ???? So, yeah. A flashlight would’ve taken the edge off my walk down.”
