“I am not a big hamburger eater but this place is special I really did love these burgers! They were tasty and had a great amount of spices and flavors. My family and I enjoyed our burgers and so did our dogs (doggy patty) We are here 2x while we were camping on the river. We came on a Tuesday and there was only one employee doing everything cooking and cashiering she was really nice and got the job done. Then came back on Saturday as we left town, 2 employees then. This place is not your typical fast food spot so don’t expect your food to be ready with in minutes it probably takes a good 10 min, while we waited we were able to enjoy the nice scenery outside and take in the sun. Definitely will be back when we are back in town. Best part of all dog friendly!”

“Tortilleria Zeamays has literally the best tacos in all of Wasco and I Promise you'll love them!!! They make the tortilla by hand literally from scratch, they prepare everything fresh. Unfortunately the business seems like it's dying off slowly from the lack of customers and the limited merchandise they sell inside. They also lack employees which give it a ghost town feeling. I also recommend they chop down the palm trees that are covering their sign because the sign is literally invisible covered by the palm trees. This amazing store needs to recover fast before it's to late! I love their tacos and how they make it I wish more people read my review and help save this store because it's truly worth saving.”

“Place is definitely what one would call "hole-in-the-wall". Went in and they were busy running around but were friendly and seated us right away. As we stood there though, we saw the french toast on the line and they looked divine. Ordered coffee (was decent), and the french toast combo. They do not have turkey or chicken sausage/bacon. They did substitute the bacon order with a piece of chicken. The french toast was delicious and as much as I wanted to eat them all, I just could not do it. Chicken was good as well. We complimented the chef of the french toast and the servers and cooking staff had a nice little banter which made the whole place laugh. We parked on the main road and walked up, not sure if they have a parking lot. Prices are low as 2 orders of french toast combos and 2 coffees for less than $30, before tip. I did overhear they close at 2pm. Lots of flies and chaotic but the food was good.”

“Just one block North of highway 58 on Main Street in Buttonwillow is this authentic Mexican food restaurant that serves great tasty food. Service was fast and friendly and it is reasonably priced. “This place never lets me down. It might get busy and will have to wait a few minutes but it is fairly quick. They have the carrots and onion, sauces, radishes, cucumbers, lemon wedges, onion and cilantro for you to bag up and go or take to your table and eat. They have a few arcade games inside that always kills the time when waiting. Prices are fair and the amounts of food are generous.”
