“My vehicle was there all day! I dropped it off at 9:45am I hasn’t heard anything about the status until I called at 3:15. That was frustrating. When I called they said they couldn’t diagnose the rubbing sound coming from the front driver side and that I could either pick it up or leave it over the weekend so they could work on it more Monday. Being that that vehicle is our family vehicle I could not leave it. When I picked it up the service manager was very understanding of my frustration and was very helpful with setting up another appointment to try to get the problem taken care of! Although the problem was not fixed I am hopeful that they will be able to diagnose it at the next appointment!”

“Stopped here last minute. Room was nice, nothing fancy but seemed clean. The man who checked us in was older and very nice. The guy at night was very nice and gave us some bottles of water. The lady who checked us out seemed a little overwhelmed. I would give it 5 stars if the beds were a little softer.”
