I know people don't like that its like this but honestly I prefer this over A OTHER dim sum place (cough 888) that had neither carts or a paper menu to check what you would like, cause you get zero service at the other dim sum place that way. But yeah fairly simple check off what you'd like they take the paper menu and get your order out for you. Quick, simple and efficiently done”

“Pierce Brothers Valhalla met all of our needs with compassion, concern, and timeliness. I lost my father right before Christmas, and my stepmother months before that. Due to my father’s health, we were not able to have a funeral for my stepmother. When Dad passed, we decided to conduct a dual service. The staff made sure that we were not overwhelmed with planning during the holiday. Nancy, our funeral director, went above and beyond to make my parents celebration of life very special. She provided insight, made my ideas a reality, and was there for me every step of the way. We could not have gotten though it all without her. Her help allowed us to celebrate a bittersweet first Christmas without my parents. In addition, in the final week before the service she was able to make the changes I requested. The end result was a celebration of life that was beautiful and absolutely what my parents would have wanted. I highly recommend Pierce Brothers Valhalla. They will take care of you.”

“I lived at the Jade Gardens for 2 years and 8 months. During my tenancy I saw a great transition in management teams. The old Manager was sociable, but did not enforce rules and allowed bad tenants to take advantage. The new management team that took over has turned the apartments around - mind you it did not happen overnight. Good changes take time. The new team has breathed life and beauty into a place that was getting really run down. From the moment they arrived they cleaned the place up, got the bad tenants out, worked very hard to get the place running smoothly. Yes, there were problems...I have faith that the management team will get this place in tip top shape -- I have read the other reviews....they are not all good reviews. Please know that I have seen the changes happening and they will continue to happen. The only reason why I moved was because I needed a bigger place - I got sad on my last day at Jade Gardens....I will miss Claudia and Jesus + my neighbors too.”
