Fried Pork Intestine - again, Crispy and juicy without the chili overpowering the sweetness of the intestine 3. Fried Pork Kidney - Spicy and oily just how a Chinese pork kidney should be. The kidney is not tough but juicy and “crunchy” 4. Mao Xie Wang - A mix pot of everything from pork blood to tripes. Generous portion and chili. Goes very well with rice 5.
