Really yummy tea with fresh boba , they can make hot milk tea or cold, but very tasty and nice

The milk boba tea is great and tasty which’s my favorite tea in La! The owner is really nice and friendly, thank you so much and very appreciated

First time trying their brown rice green milk tea, u can taste rice richness! But I still love their milk tea better and their grass jelly is awesome.

There are plenty space at the parking lot and the staff was pretty friendly when they me order.
