It was wonderful! SHE was wonderful!
I was afraid it might be a super intense hot yoga in candlelight type class but instead it was EXACTLY what I have been looking for: a relaxing yoga class to consciously unwind and leave behind the day.
We did a lot of neck and body stretches. It was gentle and super chill. Slowing us all down. Someone fell asleep. The snoring just added to the atmosphere in a good way.
The room was nice. Not too hot. Even the ceiling was made to look like the sparkly night sky.
I’m looking forward to deepening this practice.

(June 9, 2017, 2:07 pm)I love Santa Anita Hot Yoga Studio immensely! The studio itself is cozy and perfect but what really makes it special is the awesome staff! The owner and instructors are so caring and wonderful that I can't say enough positive things about them. Their friendliness creates an open community for peaceful practice and nurtures the bonds of studio friendship amongst the clients. I recommend this studio to every yogi I know as well as those who are considering trying yoga for the first time. It is truly a treasure and I am thankful for the wonderful sessions I've had here and always look forward to my next class.
