He never made it feel like an inconvenience. The shop gives great updates via text and phone calls to let you know about progress. Mike was so very kind and helpful too. When my car was retrieved it look brand new. They described in detail what was done in terms of repairs. While I am definitely not a car person they still took the time to explain everything that was being down to the car. They really went above and beyond.”
