First place I called. Came within 20 minutes. Seemed knowledgeable. Gave me a free estimate
My company was holding an event and our main line was clogged. I called Action One and there were at our location within the hour and saved the day!
Javier from Action One was very helpful and completed the repair in a very timely manner. I've used this same company over the years and would recommend them.
They quoted one price and then it was another price. They told me it was family owned and they would give a discount.
They did not pull a permit at the time of the job with the DBS and since they had to go into the alley, they were suppose to pull a permit with Public Works, they never did.
They are crooks and they are not abiding by the law with their license as a licensed plumbing company
