“The best Chiropractic treatment I've ever had. I periodically get back and neck pains because of seating at the office for hours. I have spent a lot of time and money looking for a chiropractor that could help me. Dr Gasparyan was Godsend, she is an excellent Chiropractor with very reasonable prices, who really cares about her patients. She doesn’t just adjust whatever is hurting, but spends time to find the root of the problem. It turns out that my back pain was connected to misalignment of my hip and my neck pain was due to a shoulder injury. Both were caused by poor work ergonomics. She adjusted my hips and shoulders and my pain was gone in a course of a couple of weeks. Moreover, she gave me stretching exercises and pointers on maintaining a proper posture during work. I haven’t had any pain for 2 months now. She is the best.”

I was looking for a place to help me get back into a regular fitness routine and Tyler's personal training in a small group setting really fit the bill. It's the most comfortable and friendly gym I've ever been to. After going to various group fitness classes where I got lost in the crowd, it was refreshing to have a trainer so attentive and thorough. Tyler is smart and funny and cares about each of his clients. His fitness experience and knowledge is impressive and he puts it to good use daily with great tips and advice. His website is great and user friendly. I signed up for a free class and showed up and had the best time. I went with the four times a week (16 classes per month) package for a really affordable rate. Now, I register for classes online the night before or whenever I figure out my schedule. I show up and Tyler makes it challenging and fun, and I leave feeling better and stronger than when I walked in. Did I mention parking is a breeze? If you are looking for a gym and a trainer who will encourage and challenge you, this is the place, and Tyler is your guy.”
