“Sabrina is a hair guru. I went in there with a botched balayage that I did elsewhere and she managed to fix it and turn it into a beautiful balayage!!! It was such a confidence booster and my hair not only looks AMAZING, it feels amazing too. She works like an angel because my hair does not feel damaged AT ALL. My mom also got a hair cut with her and it looked amazing. We both have curly hair and Sabrina knew exactly how to work with our hair and gave us styles that compliment our hair texture. So happy with the results. Not only is her work great but so is her customer service. She was so nice and made sure that both my mom and I were happy through out each of our appointments. She constantly asked if I was happy with the color and offered to change it if I was not. Obviously I was happy because she knows what she’s doing. “I stumbled upon this new salon that opened in Burbank on my way to work, and I decided to give them a try and let me tell you I was not disappointed. My hair was in desperate need of toning and a trim and the results I got after we’re spectacular. After she was done, she blow dried my hair and I was beyond satisfied with the end result. “It's always a dice roll trying a new spot for a haircut, and I definitely lucked out at Purpose. I went with the "Classic Cut" and Christina took care of me right away as a walk-in. She took her time with the cut, asked me a few times if I was good with the length, and cleaned all the edges up really well. The shop feels very professional overall, and I wouldn't hesitate trying any of the other barbers/stylists. I'll be coming back here again in a few weeks for my next cut. My only very minor gripe is booking through the site and having to go through Vagaro. I've booked plenty of hair appointments, but this portal feels tedious.”
