“Ralph's, Subway, dry-cleaners. Parking is marginal. Local traffic is tough here. It can take an hour to go to Ralph's and back from 1 mile away. The freeway and Old Road are the only routes north. Traffic circles (two) on Hasley at freeway are not the problem. It is a choke point.”
