The difference you get at Kim's pianos vs everywhere else we went however was stark. Every-time we visited a Kim's, we were greeted warmly by a knowledgable expert. We ended up visiting multiple Kim's pianos locations to hear the pianos in different rooms and explore different models and every experience was the same. Everyone we spoke to was very patient with us and took a great amount of time to help us make the best decision for our needs. When other piano dealers often felt like a used car sale, at Kim's we felt like we had an expert advocate for us in our corner at all times. We ultimately made our purchase of a CA99 piano and the piano was delivered promptly the next day. Benjamin Kim, the owner, even followed up with us the following day to make sure that everything was delivered smoothly and that we were enjoying our new purchase. 10/10 our family will be customers of Kim's pianos for many years to come.”
