(January 6, 2019, 5:04 am)Friendly staff. Okay drinks. I got their classic boba milk tea and found the boba to be a little too soft and the drink to be oddly sweet (in a weird way?). Maybe it was just an off day. My first time here was pretty good, I had the same boba milk tea. It was creamy and had a subtle tea flavor, not very strong however.

The place is clean, there was no line when we first came but after few minutes there's long line nonstop until we finally left. The taste are pretty unique, the customer service was friendly. Definitely will be back next time we're in the area!
Side note: they have a special offer of buy 2, get 1 free until the end of Sep 2018 for their grand opening!
(September 12, 2018, 10:37 pm)I recently visited this new Gong Cha location. I'm so glad they opened a Gong Cha so close to my house. They currently have a back-to-school deal (Buy 2 get 1 free). The 3 drinks we got were Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Thai Tea and Rainbow Peach black tea. All drinks were delicious. The reason why I deducted one star is because the waiting area is very small and they take too long for the drinks. I just hope this is because it's a new location, because it would be a shame if this is an ongoing issue.
(July 19, 2018, 11:54 am)One of the better milk tea experience in the valley, the place is vibrant and lively while remain relatively relaxing. Drinks are great, their recipes are on point: no powdery boba milk tea in here.
