“Hands down one of the best experience in purchasing a car! I found Pure Automobile while searching for a BMW M4 convertible. As their inventory looked to be in very good quality and matched with what I am looking for, I contacted them via email and text, to request more information about the car, as I am about 100 miles away from their dealership. Cecilia and Ivan, their staff, both very responsive, went above and beyond to provide me with all the information that I am requesting (even about some third party customization options for CarPlay), and accommodate my request to schedule an appointment several days out for a test drive. During the test drive, I was provided with a detailed inspection report, and I was very impressed on how the car was protected with covers and wraps (even the steering wheel!). This told me how they care about the quality and cleanliness of the car that they are selling. The whole entire experience so far + the ideal car pretty much sold me. But there is more! As I can't take the car that same day due to some customizations that needed to be done (per my request), I came back several days later to pick up the car. To my surprise, Cecilia told me that they did another inspection of the car for delivery purpose and went ahead to replace some parts and did the maintenance so that I don't have to (this is after everything has been agreed upon). Very satisfied with the purchase and I highly recommend to look up Pure Automobile and buy from them if you are looking for honest, transparent, best experience, and excellent quality car!”
