“I needed my first new computer in 10 years. I wanted something unique, something special. I realized that computer designs and capabilities had greatly advanced in those 10 years and that I now had the opportunity of customizing the specific component configuration of the computer I would buy. I researched several companies that provided this configuration selection capability and based on reviews decided to go with CyberPowerPC because although ALL companies had SOME bad reviews, CyberPowerPC had the best GOOD reviews. In purchasing my configured computer I was very impressed with how their website worked in allowing me to choose the options possible for the computer that I desired, and with the prices and deals offered during that process. After my purchase was complete my interaction with support staff was very good. When I had questions I would get a response, and although once I had to repeat a request, I eventually received the information that I desired. I finally received my new customized gaming computer and although I had selected the DO NOT RUSH delivery option and received a 5% discount I did receive the computer 1 week earlier than the date indicated at the time of purchase. That's pretty good build & delivery service. I have been using the computer now for about 1 week and although I had an issue with the unit having no power when received, a call and quick response from CyberPowerPC Customer Service resolved the issue (a loose motherboard power supply cable connection) within 1 hour. Since then the unit has been working perfectly. I am amazed at the increase in performance of these new computers vs the then excellent HP computer I had previously purchased 10 years earlier. All in all I am quite pleased with my new computer from CyberPowerPC, and while I too, like you might be now, was skeptical of the whole custom configure/build method of offering computers for purchase I am now no longer at all skeptical of that process, and would again choose without hesitation CyberPowerPC as my choice for a new computer should again I need one.”

My only small issue is there is this guy in the afternoons that usually does the deli/bread prep and everything that comes out of his mouth is a joke. It can pretty annoying sometimes and although i can deal with him, if they get a real prude one day he might get in trouble for his mouth.”
