I have had only one session so far, but I do like it. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and pleasant. I look forward to continuing.

So wonderful working with the Exercise Coach!!! It has been 3 months and I am feeling so much stronger. At this age, the main thing is to get stronger, losing weight is only an added bonus. Thanks all the coaches, and especially Jen Smith!!!!

I love the Exercise Coach!!! The studio and the equipment are so clean! The machines and computers actually adjust to my own personal workout helping me to get the most out of only two 20 minute workouts per week! I also love the one on one coaching experience… Jennifer and Adam, you guys are the best! CONGRATULATIONS on this second location in Claremont!
