“What an amazing place for a kid to get their haircut. It was very clean and inviting. Then met the hair stylist, Ligia and she was so good with my 3 yr old son. We actually went to another salon and because my son was very scared and started to cry, they would not cut his hair. Ligia was so sweet and did everything in her power to make my son feel at easy. Though he was one tough lil customer, my son, she remained calm and pleasant. Even after all the tears, he got an AMAZING cut ❤️!!! Afterwards, he didn't even want to go home. I will be back for sure!! Thank you for your EXCELLENT service to my son!!! He was all smiles when he left!!!!”

“I fell off ladder in Dec. 2012, but pain in elbow went away after a few weeks, only to return w/ vengeance the next year. I went to Dr. Lu & I won't lie, needles scare the crap out of me (so do clowns), but after 2 needle sessions & 1 electro-therapy, my elbow pain is gone. In July or Aug 2014, I blew out a knee cap & it swelled up, so despite the way I feel about needles, I went back. After 1 session, no more pain, after 2 sessions, swelling subsides. After 3rd visit, I can see my kneecap!”

“My son has been going to MAI for over 6 years now I think. I think it is a great place for kids to learn self defense, but also where they can learn self confidence and perseverance. Lots of focus is given to what to do in real world situations, from dealing with bullies, not letting people touch them inappropriately, what to do in emergencies. Discipline and expectations are raised as the kids get older and progress, and I think that is a great way for kids to grow and learn. There are adult classes too - and those can be either black belt training or just working out self defense. Mr. Frack's wife also is a certified yoga instructor and has Yoga classes several times a week. MAI has been great for my son, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.”

I can not speak on the current staffing other than for a young woman at the front desk named Adriana. I had to call today (needed some info on my old case) multiple time’s and ask several questions. Every time I called and spoke to her she was friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable talking about my past when I try very hard to forget about it all together. I thank and appreciate her for that . As for my time spent there many years ago, I enjoyed it as much as one could . Looking back at it, I wasn’t ready to get clean yet but definitely gave it my first solid try while attending my classes. It’s like this, You get what YOU put in to it.”
