I have rented a storage unit from Extra Space for over 4 years and have had excellent service; however, I recently received an automatic renewal card in the mail stating my monthly rate was about to increase beyond what I could budget as a full time student — instead of jumping toward the reality of moving out, I called the office and with immediate assistance from Jalynn, I was able to lower my monthly rate and stay in my same unit. A HUGE relief and testament to the quality of service this company provides.

Set up and entry to the unit was super easy. Dan in the office was very friendly and helpful. Got me set up fast to use the unit. The complex looks very safe and clean. Will be happy to store here.

Great service!! Danny was extremely helpfull. The door would not remain open and he fixed the door immediately before we came up with the first dolly.

This has been the best storage facility I've used BY FAR. It is super clean, has ample parking, and the manager is AWESOME!

Anytime I had a predicament, I would contact the manager (his name is Danny, btw. Shout out, man!) for his advice, and he would always present me with a solution that was better than I could come up with.

This location has it all. It's PERFECT.

Management here always been so helpful. I’ve been here for almost 7 years and had an outstanding experience. Danny provides excellent service. He even called before to tell me I didn’t lock my unit properly and people could break in. He’s obviously thorough in keeping an eye on security. Place is always clean. You’d be smart to select this location!!
