I must have reached out to 7-10 therapists or mental health clinics when I first found myself in need of help. She was the ONLY doctor to call me back, so I set up an appointment.
Dr. Walker helped me get through a trying time by listening, focusing on the points that caused damage, providing clarity with thoughtful explanations, and helping me find my way out of troubling situations. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to her and glad I entrusted her with my mental health.
Somebody wrote that she left a couple of messages for Dr. Walker, and didn’t receive a call back. I would say if you find yourself in that situation, it’s worth leaving another message. To my knowledge she is busy but also organized. I could tell she keeps a tight schedule and as I recall it took her some days to get back to me too. Once you schedule and keep your appointment it will be easy to schedule follow up appointments. Good luck to you!
Being able to eliminate medications and deal with PTSD internally was a lot of work. I did not believe it possible—but I got there. She was amazing in her ability to focus me where it was therapeutic.
