I literally thought about driving further out because this day I needed about and beyond customer service. I needed someone that would take the time- to help me go thru my concerns .Greg Murray the Sales Manager has set the bar so super high - I don't think it's realistic ..if everyone did that .. Verozon would have all the business. GREG WAS PATIENT' KNOWLEDGEABLE.. and didn't give me the impression that he was trying to just sell me something. It was refreshing to get superb service... it was great!

Made the switch back to Verizon after thinking the grass was greener elsewhere for 2 months. I was assisted by Gregory, Bianca, and Nikki during this transition back. They all went well above and beyond to keep things as smooth and as simple as possible. They made me feel like family. You can't beat service like that!
