“The staff is nice, the store is small but clean, however they dont have any “trendy” clothes, including baggy jeans and bootcut jeans, i took my 19 year old daughter in to check and she didnt like any which is surprising because she isnt really picky about what she buys. If you have teenage girls coming in to buy pants, please maybe have a bit more selection. We went into forever 21 and found some really cute jeans. Overall, nice store, nice workers, nice atmosphere, but not so much selection for the younger generation 😂. Will be returning for myself though. 💗”

“Store is compact with a large inventory of costumes. Come w patience and do know that they do not allow you to try things on nor open bags to keep the integrity of the costumes and not lose any pieces. You are allowed to have a staff meme we open the bag and see it. The costume I wanted tan small so I went up a size after seeing it. Upon entering you will need to Santiz your hands, I appreciate the health precautions. Staff is busy so have patience and go w an idea in mind so you can get in and out quickly. “Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young. THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to. When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items. Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.”

“For those who complain about the $2 fee and wasting gas just to bring to your attention they do have signs up inside the cleaners as soon as you enter notifying you about the fee so in their defense its your fault you wasted your gas and time also for breaking 100 alot of the customers expect to break $100 for an order thats less than 15 you are taking all the cleaners change so for the next time you go PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIGNS THAT ARE UP ! They give you enough time to pay when you come pick up so you have the time from the moment you drop off to when you pick up to get the proper amount for your order”

“I enjoy all second hand stores! I usually call them all my malls. I believe you can get great deals here depending on what your budget is. They have a donation center in which I am not pleased about because they have very complicating hours in which conflict for others. For example, my husband and I decided to take a bag of clothes to the donation center, it was barely around 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, and the donation center was already closed! This did not help at all! There were no posted signs that were helpful indicate operation hours. Come on people of the Goodwill! People have a life too! Let's be a little organized! I give a four star rating because the shopping can be pleasant, however.”
