Drinks were so pretty, I loved how they added fresh flowers for that extra touch. Every plate was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I was always intimated to enter a GNC because I had no idea what any of their products were much less what I needed but the staff at GNC Downey helped me find the products best for my goals and also explained the benefits for many of their other products. I also had my InBody done, Jose explained it thoroughly and also gave me plenty of recommendations on what to do to reach my current goals! “Good energy. Good food. Nice choices and combinations. The staff seemed close/cohesive. A bit crowded when we came. We had 12 people for a celebration but the table they had available to us was a squished-in 10 people max. Two others had to sit at a close-by table that was already filled -2 seats. But it still went well. The cooks throw jokes and tricks at the table. So it's cool for entertainment and good interactions. No 5 star because they didn't plan for 12 seats when 12 people was reserved hours in advance. They also make you wait till most/all of your party is there to seat you. But overall good times.”

“Doesn't look like much on the outside, but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. One thing I love about this place is that you can walk in at some random time in the late afternoon and the donuts are still pretty fresh. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never had a stale donut here. If you're not looking for some fancy donut place (though I believe they do have some fancier options) and just want some good donuts, you'll be good here.”

“I had to take my niece for a car accident. This place is awesome. I had to go to 2 different chiropractors 1st one was great, the 2nd wasn't as good, but this one was add good as the first. I would recommend this place, very hospitable, made room when we missed an appointment, and the work is great.”
