John was so professional and pleasant from the time of my arrival until he escorted me to my vehicle. I was kept informed of the status and offered some helpful information for future reference. The dealership service area is very spacious, brightly lit and clean. I really appreciated that I could travel there on my lunch break and was able to set up my remote office away from other guests and work comfortably while watching the work being done on my vehicle. I was so comfortable that I got lost in my work and had to be put out when it was closing time! This observation area was genius... kudos to whomever thought that up!
It’s good for oil changes. Comfortable waiting area. On time appointments. The only problem is the music choice in the waiting area. It seems like they could play more soothing type music not rap or screaming songs. Most times it’s older people waiting who really don’t appreciate that kind
Mr. John Lacy was a pleasure to work with. The young lady at checkout and Elliott, the service tech who prepped my car and drove it off to be serviced, were awesome to work with it as well. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and team.
