“I’ve known Jason for a few years now. We trained together for two years and then I moved further south from his location. I have to say that he is one of the BEST trainers that I have ever experienced. Ever. What can I say about him? What makes him stand out amongst all the other trainers? Several things... First, he’s knowledgeable. He actually spends his free time staying current on fat loss and muscle hypertrophy research. Better than that, he shares his knowledge with his clients! If you’re the type of person who wants to enter the gym and do what you’re told, you can do that and you’ll be happy. BUT if you’re like me and you want to know the WHYs of what you’re doing, Jason encourages that! He wants his clients to be full participants in their progress, on every level. Second, FORM IS KEY! He will make sure that each and every exercise is done with proper form and he’ll stop you if he sees form breaking down. Why is this important? Well, we’re all training to look and feel better. I’m a 42 year old mom of 2. I don’t have time for injuries in my life. I want results that are SAFE! Jason is a stickler for form and mastery. This doesn’t mean you’ll be working with 2lb weights everyday. This means that you’ll progress in weights and reps and overall time under tension at a rate that is safe and specific to YOU. And that will keep you getting leaner and stronger for a long time to come. As a former athlete, it’s so important to have someone that judges me to keep all of this in perspective. Lastly, he walks the walk. He looks AMAZING! That should be a no-brainer but unfortunately there are trainers that haven’t mastered their own fat loss and physique goals. I want to train with someone that takes their own physical health and goals seriously. Ok, last point: He’s a nice guy. Not super gabby, so he won’t spend the entire session running his mouth. Instead, he’s a quiet and firm presence that will give you the reassurance that he knows what he’s doing and will get you where you need and want to be!”

“Excellent gym if you're focused on learning to lift properly and getting stronger. The group training and coaching model offered at the gym is very unique and I found the one week lifting boot camp to be extremely valuable. Coach Jason and his staff were great to work with and his warm-ups and lifting cues really helped me correct my form and feel my muscles firing properly. Look forward to training here again.”

“Dr. Hutchinson is indeed the finest dentist I've ever met and is simply incredibly talented as a dentist, very creative with cost effective treatments and most importantly, I trust her (and staff) more than any physician I've met over many years (67 y/o). She provides great professional referrals when appropriate and Dr. H is responsible for curing my sleep apnea!!! She is so high tech, absolutely on the cutting edge of everything in her realm and I drive 50 miles each way to see her for my dental needs.
