I’m by no means a professional, nor am I even close, but there’s no judgment, and no one cares about all that. The instructors push you and get you through it. The music and the ambiance in the room moves you and helps you complete the journey. It is such a good workout, and by the end of it, you’re exhausted and dripping with sweat, but you’re also proud of yourself for doing it and getting it done. The staff there is accommodating when checking in and adjusting your bike to fit your comfort. The instructors are very uplifting and guide you on your bike journey. The restrooms are always clean and are in excellent condition. They have lockers to keep your belongings safe. So what are you waiting for?”

“Dr. Mellman and his team are incredible. I feel like I have a partner in Dr. Mellman. Many doctors don't get to know you and just give you drugs. Not Dr. Mellman, he spends time with his patients, gets to know them and works to heal them the right way and not the easy drug-focused way. He is amazing. It is not about the money, but helping his patients. I only caution to send reviews and I know the rest of his patients probably do too as he is very busy because he is so loved by his current patients, but he deserves it and I'm so appreciative of him. I wish he would practice medicine until my children are old! But, I know we still have many years with him and for that I am so thankful!”
