“My experience with Coastline Equity as a property management company hasn’t been the greatest up until recently as we didn’t have an on site building manager for an entire year and it’s pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call their office, HOWEVER, we now FINALLY have a really sweet lady living on site so things are running much smoother. The maintenance guys have always been incredible from the very beginning though, particularly Jesus who is super cool, incredibly kind and simply all around good vibes and always gets the job done with the quickness! If there was an option to give stars separately for maintenance guys and the actual company itself I would give 5 stars to Jesus and 3 to Coastline Equity. So to be clear—I’ve rated 5 stars for Jesus alone, not the company as a whole. I will update my feelings on the company once our new on site building manager has been here for a while and I can accurately assess how well things are taken care of—so far she’s wonderful.”
