“I was doing laundry and my little cousin locked us. Including my toddler out of the car. I didn’t know where my spare key was back at the house so I was pretty sure I was going bro have to break a window to get us home. Luckily my aunt called and they sent out a guy from falcon. The operator told me someone would be arriving within an 1 hour or 2 and I panicked bc it was night I had 2 little girls with me and the loonies were coming out. To my surprise he showed up in about 20min. 🙌🏽 He asked which car was mine, I pointed to it and I was talking to my aunt, then 2min later he handed me a card asking me to leave a review. By honest I mean we took it to a mechanic in Long Beach that wanted to replace the engine and do some other repairs for $6000. Come to find out through JR at Mario’s we didn’t need a new engine; it’s fine. What was needed was done for significantly less than what the other place would have charged and the car now runs like a dream. We’ve finally found our go to mechanic.”
