Allied Van Lines

I can't say enough about how efficient and careful the Allied Van Lines/ Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage Co. I absolutely 100% recommend this team, (Dwayne Gorden, Tonya Hedden and Douglas Martinez #45119.) Everything arrived safely. We had a big move from Los Angeles California to Austin Texas, it was a big and important move for me and my family.

First hand, Dwayne's personality was very friendly and professional. He came out with a mask on and gave me a thorough in-person estimate. He knew whats up.. none of that virtual estimate which can be misleading.
He gave me a quote within a day, not days or weeks. He explained to me the details and steps very clearly. He also found me one of the best movers which I will explain soon. I was impressed and thankful, definitely a great experience.
Dwayne and Tonya worked flawlessly with great service with a smile.

I've done several moves in my life but Douglas tops it for being extremely professional yet being friendly. You can tell he really enjoys and loves what he does. You can see it in his attitude and enthusiasm. The way he handled the moving situation was great.. he would consistently remind us that they're the movers and that we need to relax and not to worry. I actually worried about how movers would pack furniture from past experience, but Douglas was extremely careful and made sure all of our possessions were wrapped and protected to my liking. They used blanket covers, tape, and plastic wrap on all of our delicate furniture. I would say he was very efficient yet thorough. This was the first time I witnessed THE PROFESSIONAL level of moving. Looking back, it made all other movers in the past amateurs. The way Douglas worked, you can see that he thinks 2-3 steps beforehand. We have a difficult small entrance from our front door to the hallway and a tight 3-floor staircase with no elevators and all our furniture is huge and heavy, (Restoration Hardware Furniture.) Movers in the past took 3 people and several tries to move our furniture in and out of the complex while Douglas alone or with his buddy took one try like if our tight spaces were double the size.

Douglas always paused for us to answer our questions and directions. He was always eager and open to answering any questions and directions. With all the hard work in progress, he as always smiling and very patient.
I can't say enough about Douglas, He was very professional and kind, making sure we were happy with every step. I would and will seek him again in the future move. The hardest worker I've seen.

Overall, my experience with Beverly Hills Transfer was excellent and everyone was respectful and very nice. The move was smooth and professional and they were very easy to work with. We will be using Allied/ Beverly Hills Transfer & Storage Co. again in the future and highly recommend them to my family members and friends.
Again, they were professional and a pleasure to work with, they were truly the best moving company and group I've ever witnessed.

I had an excellent experience with my out of state move with Allied. The price was competitive and it was worth every penny. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. I also had partial packing services and transported 3 cars, and the whole process went smoothly. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. To my moving team in LA, Gilberto and his two very personable and professional assistants. And then the delivery in New Orleans by Gilberto and another very capable assistant. Everything went smoothly and timely. I could not have picked a better company. This was my first move in 27 years, I was very nervous. Customer service reps responded fast! Gave us a solid quote. Worked long distance from 2 states, my mom was in California, I'm in Oregon and all was arranged from a distance. The guys that packed & loaded Mom were polite, efficient and thorough. Likewise the fellow who delivered all her furniture and boxes was also friendly, polite, called to keep us informed, all showed up on time when they said they would. It was not the cheapest move but it was the smoothest and easiest. Nice people throughout. I'd use them again!!!
