“My experience with Coastline Equity as a property management company hasn’t been the greatest up until recently as we didn’t have an on site building manager for an entire year and it’s pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call their office, HOWEVER, we now FINALLY have a really sweet lady living on site so things are running much smoother. The maintenance guys have always been incredible from the very beginning though, particularly Jesus who is super cool, incredibly kind and simply all around good vibes and always gets the job done with the quickness! If there was an option to give stars separately for maintenance guys and the actual company itself I would give 5 stars to Jesus and 3 to Coastline Equity. So to be clear—I’ve rated 5 stars for Jesus alone, not the company as a whole. I will update my feelings on the company once our new on site building manager has been here for a while and I can accurately assess how well things are taken care of—so far she’s wonderful.”

“Honestly was a good hotel for us this weekend. Front desk people were both nice and helpful. Quick and very easy check in. Rooms are exactly what you pay for. And bed was good to sleep in. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but the shower was good and the bed was clean. House keeping was very friendly and helpful. Check out was easy too. Would definitely consider this place again.”

“On three different occasions I have been asked to have high level and rather complex embroidery done for some high profile events for Epson Robots. This involved embroidery on polo shirts, backpacks and long sleeve dress shirts. On all occasions Stich Spot has delivered on time as promised and surpassed all our expectations. The level of work they did on shirts and backpacks for us was handed out to our distributors and the response was amazing. To this day our distributors talk about the quality of the work that was done on those shirts. Stich Spot will continue to be our go to embroidery company. “In a house filled with beautiful tile it’s my Arto tile that receives the most compliments by far! It is simply gorgeous and I can only let the pictures speak for themselves. However, I can speak to the professionalism, excellent communication and quality product that I ordered and was hand made & delivered by Arto! The fact that everything is handmade here in Southern California was really important to me. Truly I can’t say enough good things about the product, the team behind it and the end result! My tile is known as “arabesque 9A“ in the charcoal color. I used a black sanded grout and my tile setter used a 6 foot level to keep the rows straight. One of my favorite attributes of this tile is that there is organic variation from one tile to the next, so you’ll want an experienced Tile Setter to work their magic with these glorious tiles!”
