“I was caught in a jam on a ride. I searched for bike shops in the area as the sun was starting to go down and the thought of having to call a Lyft to pick me and my broken bike up was unsettling to say the least. It was about 15min till close and I spoke with the owner and told him about my situation, he assured me not to worry that they wouldn’t close and would help me out of a jam. Not only did they fix up what was broken he also didn’t charge me. For good karma I threw him a $20 anyways. Good customer service. I”

He not only fixed the found problems but offered full upgrades of the OS and and hard drive. A lot of work for anyone. He worked with us to coordinate the new configuration of our gas fireplace in transition from "the log" to a beautiful black fireglass, setting us up with the new gas pipes as well.
