He impresses me that a wealth of knowledge about painting that others may not surpass. While others just want to do a superficial job, grab the money, & run, Erick goes out of his way to prime first & adds a 2nd coating to ensure the painting quality will last. The reasonable price is very justifiable! Erick also identifies details of work that need to be done while others could not. 2) The crew works hard, is punctual, and reasonably handles any trivial tasks that are requested. 3) Erick is responsive & shows me a great sense of responsibility. After the painting is done & minor problems appears, Erick returns & correct the problems. He is very accountable.
