The guys that maintain the landscaping says that they don't use herbicides, but they do use insecticides for ants, and poison around tree trunks to control gophers. Also, the water is reclaimed non-potable water, make sure you cook your vegetables before you consume them. For toddlers and infants, make sure you stay within arms reach of them. Dog owners often leash their dogs, the "drop" the leash so that they can run around on their own. Others train their dogs to fetch since there is no oversight. “I used to go to this church way back when Pastor Mark was the preacher .My family was the Christian Family they was the ones who introduced me to the church when I was at the age of 9 ,they were the ones that went all the way to Prospect Kentucky and picked me up and took me home with them they are a wonderful family (James Christian)my dad is the best and of course (Sandra Christian ) you can tell they both loved the Lord and still do .....The Church is great and they actually played all the songs well they wasn’t over head music they actually have their own musicians which all do a great job ....:) I hope this church is doing well along with Pastor Mark and brother Victor/Brother Jim and also hope everyone else is doing good ,y’all keep up the good work ....????”

“I just renewed my lease contract for another year since I feel really comfortable living here. The complex is quiet at night. Neighbors are friendly. The only thing I don't like about this place is that the gardener blows leaves very early in the morning, usually around 8am. I also want to mention that the staffs at the leasing office are very helpful. Especially Gina, who is the manager here, she is polite and respects the tenants so much. She has been willing to help me with any requests that I made and respond to me quickly. She is the best manager I have met.”
