He is very patient and builds a foundation with you before going into strenuous exercises. I am so happy I took a chance and came here. Everyone is very supportive and there’s a sense of community and positivity all around. The playlists are awesome and definitely get you in the zone. I am served her training two other employees at two different times and both times. “Clean store Great employees Music is not super loud and good in the background. Did have a issue with two transients doing drugs at the front door outside and one shaving in the men's room .
