I had to have one in a tooth with a crown and the crown remained in tact. He is very responsive with off hours help and knows what he's doing. “Dr Albertson has been my dentist since my former dentist retired two years ago. Sarah and Catherine have been excellent dental hygienists, doing thorough cleanings and explaining questions I have about my dental health. My teeth feel like they are brand new after each cleaning. A year ago, Dr Albertson made a new crown for my implant, and he did it with his new Cerec state-of-the-art CNC mill. My new crown was ready while I waited, which meant no repeat trips while a lab made the crown. Ample free parking and “no-wait” scheduling means means no time wasted for busy customers. “I can't recommend this dental office enough. I have HIGH dental anxiety. I was without dental insurance for years and couldn't get the dental care I needed. As soon as I was insured, I made an appointment with La Canada Smiles. I needed no less than four crowns and a deep cleaning. From the start, the girl who did my x-rays made me feel like family. She was amazing at calming my fears and showing empathy. Then the team who prepped me for the crowns were so funny and kind. The dentist herself was sweet and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me to explain everything. She gave me multiple breaks and asked if I was ok throughout the whole procedure of the difficult crowns. When I went in for the deep cleaning a couple months later, I was informed that they may not be able to do the cleaning all in one day. I told them I had taken the rare day off work to get it done. They completely figured out how to accommodate me. During the cleaning, they gave me a mini-break and while I was waiting, a team member came in and turned on the TV for me and asked if I wanted to charge my phone. They also let me use the suction devise at will (since I was very numb.) Finally, they work with you completely to come up with payment plans. They are so great. What a difference a committed and caring dental team makes! Thank you, La Canada Smiles!”
