“Super attentive to customer needs! Few things confuse a dad like walking into a beauty supply store, but the owner always points me in the right direction. This store carries some items that are harder to find, like our family favorite, extra-large size Paul Mitchell No More Tears shampoo for kids. She knows my usual order when I walk through the door, and if it's out of stock, she tells me when it will be ready. And when I need a hairbrush, or nail clippers, or any other similar item, the owner takes time to explain to me why one choice is better than another.”

“As disappointed as I am in myself for wasting thousands on Starbucks coffee, I’m fortunate to live next door to this store. Although they have been pretty busy lately, they are generally fast and always have positive attitudes. I was running late for work the last two times I visited and I was a little annoyed that my skinny vanilla latte wasn’t waiting for me 🥴. They were more than generous and made up for it. I’m not myself before I have my Starbucks, so they actually get to see me at the lowest point of my day...🤣🤣 Thank you for being great and understanding!”

“Currently offering outdoor dining. $29.99 per person and it's all you can eat. I believe it's $3 less for vegetarian. They opened at 5pm and got there around 4:40pm and there were already 2 parties waiting. Didn't have too much selection on beer but they had a BOGO deal. Buy one get another for 10 cents. They only had 1 kind of beer available. I believe it was called Cass. Food was amazing and came fairly quickly whenever we ordered. They offered 4 different base, 10 different types of meat. They offered a variety of different sauces which come individually packaged in a sauce container. The peanut sauce and minced garlic were my fave.”

I have always been neutral about facials but as soon as she worked her magic, I am hooked. My face is smooth and soft and looks refreshing. “I've lived here since October 2018, there were some issues with repairs from the last tenant, but I brought it to management attention and they were fixed right the way. I did not rent an upgraded apartment, so it wasn't perfect, but it was tolerable. The apartment was clean, I requested hard wood flooring and it was done for me, I was very happy. I never had a problem with the neighbors, yes, almost everyone has dogs, more than one some of the residents, but if you don't like dogs, move somewhere where they don't allow it. Dogs bark, so what? Maintenance crew is great, very helpful and polite. I only had couple of maintenance issues, but they were solved the next day. They upgraded the key access to a smart device as well. They are trying to make this more modern and ad up to date technology. It is safe and neighbors are nice. The grounds are clean and constantly being cleaned and up kept. I don't know why there are bad reviews, but as far as I am concerned, I've been happy here. The only issue i see is parking for guests, which is only on the adjacent street, not inside the property. One problem is that people here have more than 1,2, or even 3 cars per apartment, so how much space is everyone expecting? Be reasonable! Jasmine in the office is very professional and pleasant, and she cares about the residents. She is always helpful and always makes sure your issues were solved. Communications with the tenants is constant and they let you know when they do repairs or upgrades so everyone is aware. Overall is a nice place to live. Cons: no central air and heat.”
