(May 4, 2022, 12:56 pm)We just had the greatest experience with Colortree Customer Service. We ordered through Amazon but there was some sort of a problem on Colortree’s end due to a software/tech issue. Bottom line we would not receive the item in time for a party we were having. Colortree expedited the order and my husband was able to drive to the warehouse to pick it up directly from them, we live close by so it wasn’t an issue. They were apologetic and accommodating!! Would definitely order again from them.
(April 29, 2022, 4:22 pm)Great, I just get my ordered special sized shade sail in 3 days, they provide thousand size of shade sail and fence screen, and also accept custom size order, because they are factory.
(November 5, 2021, 11:03 am)I really love my ColourTree rectangular sail. It is 8.5 x27 feet and covers the pergola that provides shade for my sunroom. Without it my sunroom would be too hot. I have contacted them several times and they are great to work with. I will be ordering another shade from them in the future for my new deck. John
