The Cashew Chicken needs to be mentioned for its delicious mix of green peppers which were perfectly firm yet cooked just well enough so as to lend a delightful texture to the dish. I must also mention the delightful crunch of the cashew, adding to the delicious salty savory chicken within the dish. As we leave and my wife sees another man carrying out takeout containers, panic sets in. " Did we get the food?!" She exclaims. A relief washes over her as our daughter tells her we have the leftovers nestled safely upon her lap. We laugh with sweet relief, knowing we will enjoy the bevy of flavors the next day.”
