He has been stalking and harassing me for 7 years. The police cannot do anything about him. I’ve heard he’s untouchable. In 1994 he held his then wife against her will escape him an arrest for kidnapping with violence. In 1999 he then beat her and his then 5 year old daughter earning him another arrest.
