“We had our Patio put in around 2000 or 2001. We chose the Slat Patio in dark brown & it is absolutely beautiful. It is over 15 years old & hasn't faded at all & looks as beautiful as the day it was put up. The workers were great & it was installed in one day. We had a wooden patio at our old home, but took a chance with Alumawood this time. No upkeep, just hose it off occasionally & you're good. If you're looking for an affordable & high quality improvement to your home - these are the guys you want.”

I was told that my hot water heater needed to be replaced also was told the pilot would not stay lit. Also verbally insulted by the technician. I called for a second opinion and Jackson was The Company sent out for my second opinion the technician called and stated that I only needed a thermal couple... To sum up Jackson Plumbing is HONEST”
