She would often go out of her way to explain issues and educate me about the process. She worked hard to streamline the procedure and make it as headache-free for me as possible, making sure the loan closed in record time. For the refinance, she was able to lock my rate, very literally, at the bottom of the interest rate curve, getting me an unbelievably low rate. I have heard the process of getting a home loan compared to getting a root canal. She reminded me use my Shell rewards card and I saved extra.25 cents on my gas! She quickly calculated how much I saved in total! Wow. She knows what she is doing and seems very conformable with it I didn’t expect this kind of service at the gas station so she blew my mind haha.”
