“When my Subaru Outback is due for maintenance I always come here. Its really easy to get an appointment within the next couple days. The check in process is always smooth. Every technician that I've encountered has always been super knowledgeable, and they never push things on me that my car doesn't need. When I came in for a service, they noticed a nail in my tire & instead of trying to sell me a whole new set of tires-they simply told me to go to where I got my tires *because they were still under warranty.* My rear breaks needed replacements and they didn't try to sell me on my front breaks as well *because they still had life in them. Any time they can, they apply promotional deals to any service applicable. I recently brought my car in for an 80k maintenance & I had a coupon for it & even though my car applied for the coupon the technician said she would have used it even if I was a little under the mileage. “I just recently purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Caruso. I did my research through car gurus and their truck was one of my favorite ones. Marco was my salesman and he contacted me via email in response to my initial email with a few things that I needed to be done and he promptly and efficiently responded to what I was looking for. He set up an appointment with me to see and do a driving test. Everything went smoothly thereafter he responded to all of the questions and concerns that I had. “The facility has plenty of lit parking, location is right off the 405. The foyer has an elegant minimalist design with a giant portrait of Amelia Earhart smack dab as you walk in. Once you are checked in you are ushered into the back where you might have to cue for a hot second but it gives you time to look around at all the hot swag! The staff is friendly and quick with recommendations for all. I would actually categorize Jordan as more of a ganja sommelier. He provided insight to new products that actually were true to their description. I "highly" recommend you stop by and take a look. 21+ . Valid ID required.”
