(May 12, 2022, 2:48 pm)Went to my local T-mobile store in Smyrna Tn and was helped by Ashley. She was very helpful, kind, diligent and respectful. She answered ever questioned and for those questions that I asked that she didn't know, she found out for me.
The store was very clean and had a great selection of phones to choice from. My family has been using T-mobile for over 10 years and with service like this we will continue to do so.

She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got exactly what she needed. She was very instrumental in making sure I was not bamboozled into anything and understood everything. I would recommend this store as you will have a great experience.
