“What a great place to live. Having lived at Channel Point for 3 years (recently moved to nor cal), I had an excellent experience. Rent was certainly a premium, but this truly is a class A apartment complex with on point maintenance and management. On move-in our water heater wasn’t working, but after notifying maintenance within 6 hours they replaced it with a brand-new unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with a full gardening crew coming every week. I also found them to be fair on move out. On the eastern side of the complex along Bixby Village Drive, the apartments are very quiet throughout the day. The central location provides quick access to the 405 and 605, as well as being about a 8 min drive to 2nd street shopping and dining. Great location. Overall would move back.”

“I had such a great experience at Hong Kong Express Chinese Restaurant! The food is absolutely packed with flavor — I tried the delicious orange chicken, the unique and spicy teriyaki chicken, and the tasty kung pao chicken. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are incredibly generous for the price — they really fill up the to-go boxes, so you definitely get your money’s worth. On top of that, the service was excellent, fast, and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back, often.”

“After my infusion I decided to look for some taco tuesday specials. Although this place didn't have one, I decided to try it since I've never had Birria tacos. I ordered the combo special. It comes with 2 tacos, 1 mulitas, 1 quesadilla, mini calda and a soda for $15. I was very pleased with everything. The value to try several items on the menu was great and portion was not too bad. I highly recommend this place”

“This is a wonderful dental practice. Everyone is so nice and professional and they are always running on time. I’ve had 3 or 4 of the hygienists and they have all been good and done thorough cleanings and explained a lot about my teeth and dental health. The space is clean and welcoming and they have modern technology. Dr. Laura spends a good amount of time reviewing X-rays with you and is friendly and caring. If you are looking for a new dentist give this office a try.”
