The location is beautiful, the little ones get lots of outdoor play & Ms. Cori is wonderful with children. Our son was very hesitant to start preschool and Ms. Cori was so gracious with him, helping him find activities that he liked and made him feel at home. “I really enjoyed the Alice In Wonderland themed fashion show. VIP ticket buyers were treated to cupcakes, apple juice in Champaign glasses and finger sandwiches. They also enjoyed floor seating close to the runway in the Long Beach College's gym. The exciting show ran smoothly. Although some speeches could have been shorter. The high point for me was seeing the young fashion designers and their works in action.”

“One of the gems of Long Beach, Fremont Elementary showcases the best in public education. The teachers are experienced and enthusiastic. The parents are motivated to re-enforce the lessons at home and work closely with the teachers. The PTA is one of the best asset for the school. My son is finishing his first year at Fremont as a kindergartener. He has gone from not reading at all to reading at the second grade level in one year. His teacher has already introduced fractions and multiplication to him, and he has written his own books. The school has a strong sense of community, and everyone works together to foster this community spirit.”

“Ahh I used to go there when I was 13. It was pretty rough at the start but I'm now getting used to it when I got wonderful teachers who were nice to me when I'm very happy and optimistic. But now I'm in high school,I kinda miss my teachers and all the fun. But I will always remember them and visit here at anytime I like just to get a close up to see how it's doing.”

“For as long as I could remember since I was kid. I made a lot of friends and at the time I didn't know how to keep those friends in contact. I was kid. The teachers that I remember will never be forgotten. I tried keeping contact a year ago but they never called me back, sadly. The recreational staff is who I really gotten close with. A name I won't say but she's still working there. Or so I think. The events the school made like the X games. I cant believe I remember that. Oh and small fair they had for us. Playing games with even the teachers. I miss Elementary school. Of course I miss the teachers and the easy education now that I look back on it. Since I had a head start in California I learned Math pretty quick and it was all thanks to you guys. I will never forget you guys. Maybe someday I will visit soon. A great school and fantastic teachers. I can't believe after all these years I still have bookmarks that I bought in the library at the book fair for 50 cents.”

“I have 2 children, ages 7 and 5 and we have been at Marina Montessori for three years. I cannot say enough great things about this school. The teachers have all been caring, compassionate and creative in their teaching. I am very happy with their curriculum and the teachers have always spent time with my kids making sure they are learning and not following behind when certain concepts have been difficult for them to grasp. Everyone is very personable and you can tell they know each and every student personally. My son was very nervous about starting school and they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease. As a mom, it is so reassuring to drop your kids off at a school they love. I drop them off and pick them up happy and they can’t wait to tell me all the fun things they did at school. They love their teachers and their school!”

“I have been a student here for about four years now. In those four years I've learned a lot about the piano, life lessons, and have taken opportunities I would have never gotten anywhere else. Playing at the music convention in Santa Clara was a huge honor and would not have been possible without my piano teacher Lisa Kato! The other teachers are very polite and cooperative. If you are interested in learning music causally or if you are determined to learn a lot about music I would recommend this music school to anyone who wants to be a musician despite their age or experience.”

“Finding Miss DeAnna and Petite Montessori has been one of the best experiences. My daughter started with PM, when she just turned 3. The moment I left her for her first day of school she has experienced everything I have ever wanted her to experience in a school. Yoga, music, dance class, spanish is rare when it comes to schools and we are lucky she gets to experience those lessons daily. My daughter is now 5 and will be starting first grade in the fall. How I wish I can relive these precious years and keep her in the safe bubble of Petite Montessori.”
