“Everything was good except.....I never received a call telling me my car was ready, and I had to go to work. After 4 hours I called asking about my car. I called about 1:00 pm and was told about 45 more minutes and they'd call me when it was ready. 2:00 pm, still no call and I had to leave to work by 2:30 pm. I walked up the street to the location and saw my car finished and parked, but no one ever called me. I had to hurry up and pay, and leave directly to work from there. Other than never receiving a phone call about my car being ready, everything else was good.”
