“Bert (the service writer, not owner) is a really nice guy but he can be a little crusty. The estimates are a great value and the mechanics top notch. Very few non-specialty shops will work on a Saab, but after repairing my alternator (for less than the part costs at Saab shop), the car ran better than it has in years. Raul is a great mechanic with a winning attitude and never sits still. If you watch the way he works under the car, you see that he REALLY inspects the vehicle using his eyes and hands to make sure he catches things that need attention. I will use them for as many repairs that don't require special tools as I can.”

“I called because my tire pressure light went on. I went to 76 to put air in the tire and noticed a screw in the tire. I called Gretchen's since it is a block from my house, the guy on the phone said bring it by. His dad fixed it in moments for free. I talked to him about my tires and car...asking if they do oil changed on Mercedes- they do. Mercedes told me I needed new tires. They said I don't. Family owned local business you can trust? Doesn't get any better”

“The tech was polite, timely and went out of his way to finish the repair on the same day- even though he did not have all the parts to do so. So he called an Uber to deliver the part within an hour. He went to other calls he had to still do after mine while the part arrived. He worked overtime to come back and install the part once it arrived. That is what I call customer service. Sears warranty agreement is worth the money. Appliances are not built to let anymore and it’s sooner than later that you will need them repaired.
