They also have supplies available..mats, blocks, etc. All you need to do is show up and live it.
(September 21, 2018, 12:13 pm)Tried out the Hawt Box with Vic and it was a very fun class as well as a great workout for someone who is not a part of any fitness clubs. Gym was nice and clean, and fellow class mates were very nice and friendly also. Definitely recommend! Especially to new people because Cidney and Vic are great instructors.

(July 3, 2018, 12:18 am)Cid is wonderful! I’ve been going consistently for the past 3 months, and have enjoyed it greatly. The place is clean, lots of parking, the bathroom is really nice ;), and there are free towels, yoga towels and mats (and props) to use if you forget yours or don’t have one. I highly recommend you try it out!!
(March 8, 2017, 2:12 am)The classes taught here are all-level and usually around 95 degrees. It's a welcoming environment, and the teacher is top notch.
The Strength and Stability classes mostly focus on physical and mental strength and encourage expression and exploration throughout. The Friday classes are slower and more fluid but allow for lots of creativity.
The whole experience is pretty unique. Classes are cheap too. $10 cash.

(760) 703-7114. This is the real deal!! Cidney is such a great instructor/yogi! Before Hawt I tried yoga at a local gym and a couple of times at a studio. Obviously it didn't interest me as I didn't stay long. Hawt is my yoga place!
