“I was two months late on my storage payment and instead of them putting a lien on my account, they worked with me and remained patient. Communication with staff is a great way to assure they’re able to give you the benefit of the doubt. Great people with great empathy so don’t be afraid to discuss hardships or delays with them. Of course it’s best to be on time or have somewhere to place items instead of storage but they do their best to be for you within the business structure of the company. I have no complaints!”
