“After dealing with Walgreens, then the ever worst CVS, started coming to Pavilions Pharmacy and it is as if I found heaven (a choir sings in my head every time i fill a script here). I view them like a mom and pop sort of pharmacy with excellent service (like how it used to be in the old days, like how it SHOULD BE). I can actually DROP OFF my prescription and get a text that it's filled. We've been using them for only 3 months and they already recognize my face and greet me by name. Above all, they fill our scripts without error every time.”

The X Ray tech and Claudia were polite and made sure they had all of the views needed.Dr.Shaaban was very welcoming and Dr. Garcia was thorough, gentle and showed me more techniques re: teeth -cleaning. “Update: I received a call today from Luis- thank you! As Luis promised I received a subsequent call from Carina in scheduling. I'm almost there for an actual appt! I called yesterday to make an appointment. No answer and a message directed me to request an appt online. I did. There was a 714 number to call if I hadn't heard back in 24 hrs. I called the number a few min ago. I got someone's voicemail! Seriously? I have a job! There is no consideration for patient appointment requests by phone or online. I'm not impressed so far. How am I supposed to trust this office with my eyes?”
